S.S.Cricket Academy

S.S. Cricket Academy was established in the year 2020. This academy is situated in Patrakar Colony Mansarover, Jaipur (Rajasthan). This Academy was established to give high performance coaching to those boys who could not afford practice in academies which has high fees structure. This academy has one of the lowest fees structures in Jaipur.

The Head Consultant of Academy is Mr. P. Krishna Kumar who has played more than 100 Ranji trophy matches for Rajasthan. Apart from this he has played all the prestigious trophies like Duleep trophy, Deodhar Trophy, Irani Trophy. He has represented Board President XI against the visiting South Africa senior team. He has played against Pakistan, England and Newzealand Cricket teams.

After finishing his cricketing Career in 2005 he did his Level B from NCA, BCCI in 2006. For last 17 years he has been coaching various age groups of different state teams in the country. He specializes in coaching Fast bowlers. He has worked and developed bowlers like Deepak chahar (India Senior Team), Khaleel Ahmed (India Senior Team), Avesh Khan (India Senior Team), Rituraj singh, Aniket Chaudhary and Tanveer ul Haq (India “A”), Sumit Juyal (India U-19), Avneesh Sudha (India U-19). In his long 17 years career he has developed over 100 boys who have played for their States in various age groups i.e. from U-19 to India Senior team.

His Assistant in the Academy is Mr. Aniket Sharma who has played cricket at State level for Rajasthan. He himself was a good fast bowler but due to some health issues could not continue the game. He is very dedicated coach and he gives 200% to develop players.

Aim

Our aim is to develop the natural talent of players so that they can achieve their dreams. In our academy we use all natural methods like in fitness we use Functional training i.e. on ground fitness. We work on the natural ability of players rather than trying to change too many things. Our team participates in all good cricket tournaments of Jaipur and we also give practice matches to our student so that they get match exposure.

In next three years our specific aim is to produce:

  • Two under 19 players
  • Two under 16 players
  • Two under 14 players
  • One senior women player
  • One under 19 women player
  • One Under 14 women player
